These terms explain the rules for using Levoop. Please read them carefully. By using Levoop or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Who we are
Levoop (www.levoop.com) is a website for practising English for Cambridge exams. It is run by Carlos de Gea Molina, 1 Aderrig Gardens, Lucan, Dublin, Ireland ("we", "us"). You can contact us at hello@levoop.com.
2. Using Levoop
- Levoop is free to use, and you can try it without an account. Levoop Pro, Writing feedback packs and Speaking credit packs are optional paid extras (see sections 13 and 14).
- Nothing is ever charged without your explicit agreement, and the price and conditions are shown clearly before you buy. See our refund policy.
- You can create an account to save your progress and use AI feedback. If you are under 16, you need permission from a parent or guardian to create an account.
3. Your account
- You log in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who can read it can log in to your account.
- Each person may have only one account. Please use a real email address that belongs to you.
- You can delete your account and all its data at any time on the My account page.
4. AI feedback
- AI feedback on your Writing is produced automatically by an artificial intelligence system. It can make mistakes. Use it as a guide to help you improve, not as an official or guaranteed result.
- AI feedback on your Speaking works in the same way: your recorded answers are turned into text by a speech-recognition service, which can mishear some words, and the report and mark are estimates written by AI from that text.
- The marks it gives are estimates. They are not official Cambridge marks and do not predict your result in the real exam.
- The number of free AI feedbacks is limited, and we may change these limits. If AI feedback fails for a technical reason, it does not count towards your limit.
- Please submit only texts that you have written yourself for the task. Do not include personal information about yourself or others in your texts.
- Invite a friend: when someone creates a new Levoop account with your invite link, you both get 2 free AI Speaking credits. You can get credits for up to 10 friends every 30 days, and each person can only be invited once. Invites to your own other accounts, or to fake or temporary accounts, don't count, and we may remove credits obtained that way. The credits have no cash value and we may change or end this offer.
5. Fair use
When you use Levoop, you must not:
- create several accounts, or use temporary email addresses, to get more free AI feedback;
- copy, download or republish our exercises, texts or model answers, for example to sell them or publish them on another website;
- use automated tools (such as bots or scrapers) to access the website or AI feedback;
- try to disrupt the website, get around its limits or access other people's accounts;
- submit content that is illegal, offensive or harmful, or that tries to misuse the AI system.
If you break these rules, we may limit your access to AI feedback or close your account.
6. Your texts
The texts you write belong to you. You allow us to store them and to send them to our AI provider only so that we can give you feedback and keep your work in your account. We do not publish your texts, and they are not used to train AI models. See our privacy policy for more details.
7. Our content
All exercises, texts, explanations and model answers on Levoop are original and belong to us. You may use them for your own personal practice, and teachers may use them with their own students in class. You may not copy them in bulk, sell them or publish them elsewhere without our written permission.
8. Cambridge exams
B1 Preliminary, B2 First and C1 Advanced are trademarks of Cambridge University Press & Assessment. Levoop is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cambridge University Press & Assessment. Our materials follow the format of the exams, but we cannot guarantee any particular result in an exam.
9. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Levoop available and accurate, but we cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove exercises and features at any time.
10. Liability
Levoop is a learning tool, provided with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for decisions you make based on the practice materials or on AI feedback. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law, or our liability where it cannot legally be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we will tell you on the website or by email before they apply. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland. If you live in another country of the European Union, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in the courts of your country or of Ireland. If you have a problem, please contact us first at hello@levoop.com – we will do our best to solve it.
13. Paid plans and purchases
- Prices. All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. The price you pay is the one shown before you confirm your purchase.
- Payment. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as the seller of record and sends you the receipt or invoice. We never see or store your card details.
- Levoop Pro gives you 20 AI feedbacks on your Writing every month (at most 5 a day) and 15 AI Speaking credits every month (at most 10 a day). What you don't use in a month doesn't carry over to the next. It renews automatically every month until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time on the My account page; the plan then stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Unused AI feedbacks from Levoop Pro do not carry over to the next month.
- Writing feedback packs give you a number of extra AI feedbacks on your Writing, and Speaking credit packs a number of extra AI Speaking credits (a Speaking Part 1 or Part 2 test marked by AI uses one credit; a Part 3 or Part 4 test, with an AI partner, uses two). Feedbacks and credits from a pack do not expire.
- Price changes. If we change the price of Levoop Pro, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change applies, and you can cancel before then.
14. Your right to cancel and refunds
- 14-day right of withdrawal. As a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days from your purchase to cancel it and get a full refund, without giving a reason.
- Starting straight away. Because AI feedback is digital content supplied immediately, when you buy Levoop Pro or a pack we ask you to agree that the service starts straight away and to confirm that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal for the feedbacks you use. This means: if you have not used any feedback from your purchase, you can cancel within 14 days and get a full refund; if you have used some of them, you can still cancel within 14 days and get a refund for the feedbacks you have not used.
- Technical problems. If AI feedback fails for a technical reason, the feedback or Speaking credit is returned to your balance automatically. If something else goes wrong with a service you paid for, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
- How to ask for a refund. Write to hello@levoop.com from the email address of your account within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days. When a refund is made, the unused feedbacks or credits from that purchase are removed from your account, and a refunded month of Levoop Pro ends straight away.
