Practising on Levoop is free. This page explains what happens if you buy one of our optional paid extras: Levoop Pro (a monthly subscription with more AI feedback on your Writing and Speaking), a feedback pack or a Speaking credit pack (a one-off purchase of extra AI feedbacks or Speaking credits).
Who sells the paid extras
Our paid extras are sold through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes the payment, sends you the receipt and handles refunds. We never see or store your card details.
14 days to change your mind
- As a consumer in the European Union, you can cancel a purchase within 14 days and get a refund, without giving a reason.
- AI feedback is digital content that starts straight away. When you buy, we ask you to agree to this and to confirm that you understand you lose your right to cancel for the feedbacks or Speaking credits you use.
- So, within 14 days of your purchase: if you have not used any feedback from it, you get a full refund; if you have used some, you get a refund for the feedbacks or credits you have not used.
- When a refund is made, the unused feedbacks or credits from that purchase are removed from your account, and a refunded month of Levoop Pro ends straight away.
Cancelling Levoop Pro
You can cancel Levoop Pro at any time on your My account page. It stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. After the first 14 days, the month you are in is not refunded.
If something goes wrong
If AI feedback fails for a technical reason, the feedback or Speaking credit is returned to your balance automatically. If anything else goes wrong with something you paid for, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.
How to ask for a refund
Write to hello@levoop.com from the email address of your Levoop account, within 14 days of your purchase. You can also contact Paddle using the link in your receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.
